Lotus Peak Capital Pte. Ltd. ("Lotus Peak", "we") handles personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). This notice explains what we collect through this website and in the course of our business, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect

Enquiries. If you contact us through this website or by email, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us in your message.

Business contacts. In the ordinary course of our work we hold the names, job titles and business contact details of individuals at client organisations, fund managers and service providers.

Technical data. Our website platform automatically records basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance purposes.
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking on this website. We ask that you do not send sensitive personal data through the enquiry form.
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, to provide our services and administer client relationships, to keep records of our research and manager coverage, and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing.
Who else sees it
Only our service providers, who process data on our behalf under contract — principally our website platform and email providers — and regulators or courts where the law requires it. Some of these providers store data outside Singapore; where that happens we take steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection to that required under the PDPA.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Enquiries that don't lead to a business relationship are deleted once they are no longer relevant.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or withdraw your consent to our holding it. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer correspond with you. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires.
